Very friendly and helpful staff and great location . Very cool design of the hotel .
There are small flies in the elevator and a bit smelly. Maybe due to the raining weather and hope the hotel has more frequent cleaning.

Excellent property in a great location, with fantastic amenities!
Everything! The staff was very attentive, the room very clean, the beds were comfortable, and the amenities were wonderful. The complimentary water and excellent coffee/breakfast was very much appreciated.
I can’t think of anything we didn’t like.

What was the highlight of Bespoke Hotel Shinjuku
Decent hotel; ok but not ideal location.
The staff were helpful, and the breakfast - though light - was good. There are several convenience stores nearby - Family Mart and 7-Eleven - to grab a quick snack before heading out.
The bedroom floor wasn't particularly clean - some stains on the carpet and seemed to need another vacuum. The location was satisfactory for access to the Shinjuku area but the nearest metro stop (~5min) tended not to be the one that was best for where we needed to go (as tourists - Shibuya, Ginza, Akihabara, etc.), so often ended up walking 10 minutes anyways to get to the more direct line. Room was also pretty small, which I know is the norm in Tokyo but for the price it was a little more compact than I might expect. If you're looking for something in the area try comparing with the Tokyu stay right next door.
